Each Residential system comes with its own unique challenges and requirements and we pride ourselves in the ability to understand and address these issues and to help guide the Home Owner and builder through the process and to change the perception of “having to install sprinklers” to a long term benefit and a valuable option for your home and family.

Service and Repair

Chaparral Fire offers a 24/7/365 service department to handle any maintenance or repairs your system may require. We have our main office located in North Salt Lake and our Southern Utah office located in St George to help cover the entire state’s needs.

Inspections

Chaparral fire has a dedicated inspection team to help keep your building compliant with the State and local Fire Marshal, NFPA and your Insurance Company’s requirements.

Sprinkler systems require maintenance to keep them operating properly and completing the annual inspections can help identify any issues your system might have prior to them becoming emergencies and to ensure they will operate in the event of a fire.

Our technicians are licensed by each State’s Fire Marshal’s office to service and inspect the following…

All types of Fire Sprinkler systems (Wet, Dry, Antifreeze, Pre-Action, Deluge)

Fire Pumps

Fire Hydrants

Fire Extinguishers

Backflow Prevention Assemblies.
